Students in Ms. Burks’ AP Psychology class at Powhatan High School work on a collaborative project with the PHS Library that focuses on action potential and neuron transmission. The students, who are mostly juniors and seniors, constructed 3-D displays and materials and then used stop motion technology to create videos explaining neural transmission. #wearepcps #teampowhatan #elevateeducatorsva
Mrs. Lewis’ fifth grade students visited the library at Powhatan Elementary School to get books and participate in Genre Bingo. Students read books in different genre categories to fill out the bingo form, and if they get a bingo, they can get a free book. #wearepcps #teampowhatan
