Dear PHS Families,
Powhatan High School will administer the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) Career Exploration Program on Friday, November 20, 2026.
The ASVAB is a free, electronic assessment designed to help students identify their strengths, interests, and aptitudes as they explore future career opportunities.
Although the ASVAB is commonly associated with military service, it is also a valuable career exploration tool for students considering civilian careers, college, technical training, or other postsecondary pathways. Taking the ASVAB does not obligate students to enter the military.
