Powhatan Partnership for Emotional Wellness
The Powhatan Partnership for Emotional Wellness is comprised of Powhatan County Public Schools, Elk HillOpens in a new browser tab, the Free Clinic of PowhatanOpens in a new browser tab, Goochland Powhatan Community ServicesOpens in a new browser tab, and the Powhatan Department of Social ServicesOpens in a new browser tab. This partnership aims to promote access to information, resources, and supports surrounding the areas of emotional well-being and mental health. We will be hosting various workshops and events and we will be highlighting local and national awareness initiatives. Event information will be posted on this website as it comes available!

PowerSchool - Our Attendance & Grades portal for parents & students. Access at: https://powhatan.powerschool.com/public also linked here A Free Mobile App is also available for download through a mobile device App Store (Apple App Store/Android Google Play). Search PowerSchool mobile. Once downloaded, the District Code is QBFX. Users must have created a Username & Password using the student's Access ID. School Cash Online
- Gives Parents the ability to pay for student items (field trips, sports events, activity fees, etc.) online with secure credit card payment, 24/7, easy registration
- Parents can make payments, print/view receipts and their current account history in real-time; with electronic reminders and notifications means no missed events/deadlines

School Messenger
School Messenger is our parent notification system. Parent contact information (phone & email) is automatically received from our Student Information System (Power School). If a parent feels they are not receiving the appropriate communications from School Messenger they may contact Dorothy Tribble at dorothy.tribble@powhatan.k12.va.us or 804.598.5700 ext. 111.
My School Bucks
mySchoolBucks® (linked here) is your online food service payment portal; giving you a quick and easy way to manage and add funds to your student’s meal account. Contact: sada.hill@powhatan.k12.va.us This service is provided to Powhatan County parents to facilitate payment for student meal accounts.
American Rescue Plan

Funds from this plan must address effects of COVID-19 on school operations. We are seeking community input in two ways.
