NOTES: 1) For School Year 2016-2017, a targeted methodology was used to adjust steps on the pay scales that were below the region median. All employees will move up one step for experience and receive at least a 2% increase. Employees that are on a step that was below the median will also receive a targeted adjustment. Employees above step 35 will receive the 2% minimum increase.

2) The substitute teacher rates are: Degreed - $75.00 per day; Non-degreed - $65.00 per day; and Long Term - $185.00 per day.
